The dashboard allows you to have a quick look over the status of your devices.


Overview

Hovering (putting your mouse) over the different status bars gives you a brief explanation of the modules.

Dashboard

A. In stock

This indicates the number of devices which are not assign to a fleet or profile

B. In the field

This indicates the number of devices which are assigned to a fleet or profile

C. Repair

This indicates the number of devices which you've put in repair

D. Synchronized

This indicates the number of devices which have been in contact with the FMS since the last modification of the profile.

E. Not synchronized

This indicates the number of devices which have not been in contact with the FMS since the last modification of the profile.

F. Heart beat

Your devices are configured to sync every interval that you can modify on the Profile configuration. If the devices is off or not connected to a network, the device can't sync and you have this indicator to warn you.


Heartbeat

  • When you over with your mouse over the diagram you can see directly the number of devices by category.

  • If you click on a part of the diagram, you are sent to the device pan where you only have the devices in this state that appear.

  • You can also precise the Heartbeat for a specific fleet by selecting it at the top right of the heartbeat section.

  • Heartbit doesn't indicate necessarly an issue, if the device is turned off or not connected to internet, the sync is not done.

add a profile

Green: OK

Indicates the devices has synced since less time than the sync interval define on the profile of the device.

Orange: Be Careful

Indicates that a device hasn't synced since 3 intervals

Red: Alert!

Indicates that a device hasn't synced since 5 intervals


Note: In the FMS you can also access specific information about each devices.
